Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to every website project and rental agreement with JV Digital. Anything specific to your project is confirmed in writing before work starts.
Services
JV Digital designs, builds and maintains websites for businesses. Website projects are available as a one-time purchase or through an ongoing website rental service. The scope of each project — pages, features and content responsibilities — is agreed in writing before work starts. Work outside that agreed scope is quoted separately.
Prices and payment
Current package prices are shown on the pricing page and are the prices that apply; they include VAT where applicable. A €200 start budget is due to begin any project and reserves development time; for a one-time purchase it counts toward the 50% deposit invoiced before work starts, with the remaining balance due on delivery, before the website goes live. Invoices are payable within 14 days by bank transfer. Rental invoices are issued per rental period in advance.
Website rental
Website rental is a recurring service billed per 2-week period (Basic €100, Premium €150). The €200 start budget is due in addition to your first rental payment, not a replacement for it — it reserves your project's development time before work starts. Rental runs for a minimum of one billing period and continues until either side cancels with at least 7 days' notice before the next period. Hosting, updates and agreed small content changes are included. When the rental ends the website is taken offline; it can be bought out at the applicable purchase price to keep it.
Client responsibilities
You provide the text, images, logo and any accounts or domain access needed, and you confirm you have the rights to use the material you supply. Feedback rounds are agreed per project. Delays in delivering content, access or feedback move the delivery date accordingly.
Intellectual property
Once a purchased website is paid in full, the delivered website and its content are yours. For rented websites, the website remains the property of JV Digital for the duration of the rental. Third-party components keep their own licences.
Liability and applicable law
JV Digital delivers with care but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party hosting, domains or services, or any particular search-engine or commercial result. Liability is limited to the amount invoiced for the project or, for rentals, to the amount invoiced for the current period, and excludes indirect or consequential loss. These terms are governed by Belgian law; disputes fall under the courts competent for the seat of JV Digital.
