Legal
Privacy Policy
JV Digital (info@jvdigitalapp.com) builds websites for businesses and only processes the information you choose to send. This policy explains what is collected through this website, why, and how long it is kept.
What information is collected
When you submit the project request form, the information you enter is stored: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, company name, current website, business type, project type, selected package, preferred contact method and your message. No account is created and no tracking profile is built.
Why it is collected
Your information is used only to reply to your request and to discuss, quote and deliver a possible website project. It is never sold, rented or used for unrelated marketing.
How long it is kept
Project requests that do not lead to a project are kept for up to 24 months so earlier conversations can be picked up again, then deleted. Information belonging to an accepted project is kept for the duration of the working relationship, and invoicing records are kept for the period Belgian bookkeeping law requires (7 years).
Who has access
Only JV Digital reads your request. It is stored with the hosting and database provider used to run this website, and email is handled by the email provider used to send notifications. These providers process the data solely to deliver their service.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access to your data, correction of it, deletion of it, restriction of its use, or you can object to its use. Send your request to info@jvdigitalapp.com and it will be handled within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
